Summary:It is important to highlight the presence of two factors that make this work possible; The first one is called “Guajira-territorio de exportación”, name of the project by which the business plan is developed, since a foundation of Bucaramanga, Santander saw the need to find a way to obtain resources for the Wayúu through the exchange of the harvest of fruits originating from the 14 “r” where they live; Thus, an agreement was signed between a social group in Switzerland and the company “Proacon S.A.S.” (second one factor to highlight), where it was agreed that for 5 years this exchange was going to take place in which they guaranteed the purchase of all the fruits Like melon and watermelon. Therefore, the business plan that is proposed in the body of work aims to facilitate understanding and the main socio-economic objective, in addition to its financial viability. Topics will be addressed from the selection of the country where there is a prior agreement between two nations EFTA, the profile of that country where the ease of doing business is ratified due to its good conditions, the description of the products to be exported, its tariff barriers, the respective procedure to pick up the merchandise from La Guajira until it is left at the final destination, which is Zurich, and finally, in terms of numbers and numbers, how much it represents for the company to develop said project.
