| Summary: | The present work of degree, a Technical Administrative Restructuring was carried out for the company UV Diseños SAS, where a diagnosis was carried out of the subsector in which the organization belongs, as well as of the same company, evidencing different strengths and capacities that it possesses. Currently, in addition to the opportunities and threats of the environment. Following this, a technical study was carried out in which different proposals for improvement and analysis of times, capacities, plant distribution and health and safety at work were proposed; thus giving a better working condition for the workers that diminish the possible results and risks to health, fluidity and decrease in the production processes together with a better organization of the machinery necessary for the processes. |
