| Summary: | This paper presents an exploratory study carried out with Colombian companies in order to establish a relationship between the prevention of uncertainty and the standardization of processes. The methodology presented in the document is the realization of an analysis of descriptive statistics, followed by the correlation of the variables to validate the existence of the two dimensions present in the questionnaire. Annexed to this is the Cronbach coefficient test to determine the reliability of the data within each dimension and finally a correlation analysis using the Spearman coefficient to accept or reject the established hypothesis. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that there is no relationship between Uncertainty and Standardization, so the hypothesis was rejected. |
