| Summary: | Entrepreneurship is a process of creating, launching and managing a new business or venture; For some it means pursuing their passion, starting a business provides the opportunity to live it every day, that passion drives entrepreneurs to overcome challenges and find creative solutions, as they have a genuine enthusiasm for their work, the pursuit of this goal aligns personal interests and professionals, which in turn leads to greater fulfillment and satisfaction. On the other hand, in many countries and particularly in the Colombian case, entrepreneurship arises as a response to the need to be economically active and achieve a higher level of well-being. This is especially relevant in the Colombian context, where young people and adults often face difficulties in entering the labor market effectively and quickly, not only due to business demands in terms of experience, skills, studies, among others; but also because of the low level of salaries. |
