Summary:The purpose of this work is to formulate improvements in the training and education process of the company NELSON RODRIGUEZ INGENIERIA S.A.S, in order to generate greater value and make it a more recognized company in the market in the coming years. It begins with the gathering of information, with the help of the Administrative Manager to understand the current situation of the company. Nelson Rodríguez Ingeniería S.A.S has the need to grow in order to be in charge of more projects while maintaining the quality of services. With the approach of a training plan, the aim is to improve the organizational culture, adding value to each process in order to create a greater competitive advantage in the construction sector.
