Summary: | The monograph presented below presents the design of a business plan for an e-commerce (electronic commerce) of sports products and services in Colombia, through four main chapters. The first of these consisted of studying the market through the application of a survey to know the perspective of the clients, the analysis of the competition (value proposition, digital channels, prices and products), the identification of opportunities and threats in the sector, and the evaluation of suppliers. The second chapter includes the technical-operational study, where the name, slogan and colors of the undertaking were selected; In addition, the Canvas business model was designed to provide a clear, concise and structured display of the key segments for business success. On the other hand, the development of the third chapter, corresponding to the administrative and legal study, includes the investigation of the documentation required by the regulatory entities, of which the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce is the main one; the structuring of the general organization chart and functions by department, and the types of company that best fit the business model. |
