Summary:The purpose of this comparative analysis is to determine which business as well as cultural elements must be identified and known in deeply in order to carry out negotiations with South Korea and Colombia. In order to achieve the purpose of the study objective an analysis has been done from the inside of the inhabitants of both nations mentioned above as well as behavioral and conductual aspects and stereotypes that are intrinsic in both cultures, Colombian and South Korean. In this paper work there have been made a series of interviews from individuals from these two countries, that is to say that the testimony of both give us a clear and broad view of how negotiations are handled; and this research is enriched with the experience of each one of them.
