| Summary: | In the degree work named three chapters were developed in order to enhance the productive process of stair lifts and focus the strategic planning of the company. At the first instance, a diagnosis was made to analyze the current situation of the company and the impact of external and internal factors on the development and fulfillment of the company's objectives and goals. Following this, a technical study was carried out to re-design and improve the processes involved in the production of stair lifts, thus improving the quality and effectiveness of operations. Finally, an administrative study was carried out to organize and guide the members of the company to achieve the organizational objectives. |
