Summary:This research was carried out to the company Unión Temporal Servicios De Registro y Transito of the municipality of Soacha, this company does not have a department of defined human talent and has been presenting problems in the rates of turnover of personnel, when starting with the investigation of why these high rotations are being presented it was necessary to carry out a DOFA analysis where it is evident that within its weaknesses , is not to have a compensation system that is equitable according to the functions performed and the positions that make up the organization, which is why the staff feels poorly paid and overburdened, which leads to the desertion and lack of motivation to carry out the activities corresponding to their position.
