Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa prestadora de servicios informáticos en gestión documental orientado a las PYMES en la ciudad de Bogotá

The following thesis represents the creation of an informatics services enterprise that offers services on document management for SMEs at Bogotá (particularly at Chapinero neighborhood). This study surges to modernize the document management methods in SMEs to optimize cost savings, payments to staff, communication with the supply chain. All this with the purpose of making these methods environmentally sustainable. For the development of the thesis and determination of its feasibility, an analysis of different engineering studies is carried out in order to determine the viability of the project which are: The research analysis, marketing, methods engineering, administration, environmental analysis, critical research , legal analysis, financial knowledge and others, that allowed to give veracity and value to the investigation.Finally, the financial study allowed a statement of results, cash flow and balance point with respect to the demand of interest and related financial indicators such as: IRO (20.69%), NPV ($ 309.679.804) and BCA (1.79), which gave as a final result that the present thesis is feasible.
