Summary: | This research project, provides an analysis of the whole well life cycle integrity in eighty-four (84) active, inactive, and suspended wells, through the evaluation of the well history, corrosion aggressiveness produced by well fluids, wellhead monitoring, susceptibility parameters such as cement quality, casing quality, formation stability, surface valves status, EOR effects, and the impact caused by the conditions of these components. Completed the analysis stage, susceptibility categories were defined, in accordance with the integrity problems identified, for the final update of the risk levels for the wells being studied, through a tool known as the Well failure susceptibility evaluation matrix. It was obtained that 35% of the wells acquired a lower level of risk prioritization, where it was further observed that the most critical susceptibility parameters correspond to the type of lifting system, number of interventions, cement quality and formation stability, as well as impacts on people and reputation. In addition, it was obtained that 88% of the wells are in the "Medium" prioritization level, and 12% in the level of risk prioritization "High". Hence, a widespread plan was formulated applicable to all wells, as well as specific recommendations for particular cases in the most critical condition. |
