| Summary: | To the elaboration of the plan, it started doing a current situation maintenance-diagnosis carried out by the company, in order to determine the sort of failures found, either in the equipment or in the fixing process done. At the moment of collecting information, was found the high frequency failures in the machines, classifying the machines, according its performance in order to lead the plan to the most critical machines. Then, was created a codification system, a special format to file the activities made in the equipment, also were designed, inspection, lubrication and cleaning programs likewise was realized a spare parts analysis of the equipment under evaluation. By last, was established a schedule which describes in detail the implementation program, besides to a financial analysis with the aim to know its viability. |
