| Summary: | This document presents as main objective the elaboration of a maintenance plan for the motorcycle BRAKE METER located in the CDA CERMOTOS automotive diagnostic center, which to date does not have any maintenance plan for said equipment, this entity works exclusively by examining and validating motorcycles that enter the diagnostic center, initially a current diagnosis of the BRAKEMETER was carried out, followed by the characterization of the equipment to select which maintenance is appropriate, complying with these parameters we can evaluate and select the strategy that best suits the particularities of the BRAKE METER, once these parameters have been determined, the maintenance plan is drawn up to keep track of functional hours, type of failure analysis and their solution, all with the aim of having a positive impact on the company and a better optimization in their processes. |
