Circuito de protección ambiental de Chambacú, Cartagena: Laboratorio de Emprendimiento y Capacitación Cultural

Through the economic, social and cultural analysis of the Department of Bolivar, and more specifically of its capital Cartagena, it was determined that, although it has many economic advantages over other Colombian cities and departments, its inhabitants do not have a good quality of life, Taking into account that the Walled City is designed for the tourist, the visitor, the merchant, "the rich" and leave aside the basic needs of the native population of the place. For this reason, the Chambacú neighborhood was intervened, an area characterized by its degradation and its connection between the historic center and the stratum one and two neighborhoods that belong to the periphery of the city, so that the Circuit of Protection With an emphasis on the protection of the swamp as a natural non-renewable resource in the area and with the purpose of improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the sector through social projects that promote the generation of new jobs, cultural development Of the region and improve the quality of life of the local inhabitants. In this way and in response to the above analysis the architectural approach of a Laboratory of Entrepreneurship and Cultural Training for Cartagena and the Caribbean Region was made that promotes.
