Everything arises thanks to some analyzes that were carried out at the country, region and city level where important factors were observed such as their hydrography, natural reserves, ecosystems, cultures, productivity, uses, ecological structures and public space, thus generating conclusions that were taken to our problem that has been the social and environmental sphere.Este plan parcial surge de la necesidad de ayudar a los ecosistemas que han venido siendo afectados a través del tiempo y no han sido recuperados por la sociedad y así rescatar todas las zonas hídricas y la diversidad de la flora y fauna que contempla este corredor desde Girardot hasta Cajamarca y sus alrededores.
