| Summary: | A proposal was made to update the strategic planning of a family microenterprise in the ICT sector, dedicated to the design, installation and maintenance of data centers, structured wiring and low voltage electrical networks. For this, the steps were followed: diagnosis, strategic, strategic direction and formulation of strategies. Mainly an analysis of the external and internal environments of the company was made, making use of POAM and PCI matrices, which allowed the creation of the DOFA matrix, which served to generate strategies. Subsequently, in the direction, the components of the strategic plan existing in the company were rethought. And finally, both the SWOT and functional matrix strategies were formulated, accompanied by suggested goals and action plans. |
