Estudio de factibilidad de la creación de un restaurante de comida italiana en la Mesa-Cundinamarca con atención innovadora del servicio al cliente.

This project aims to carry out a feasibility study for the opening of a trattoria in the municipality of La Mesa-Cundinamarca. The study has been presented because of the great tourist opening that the municipality has had in the last years where there is a shortage of variety in the dishes of food that are sold in the region. The need to find a different dish, prepared in a traditional way, with an excellent quality and offering a different experience complementary to the welcoming experience that the municipality already offers. Several studies were carried out, of which we highlight the market study, since thanks to it we were able to determine if there would be a positive reception in the municipality for the opening of the restaurant, to know if they were interested in the food that would be offered in it and to determine the customer profile that we want to reach. Then in the technical study we can highlight the amount of dishes that should be made to meet the needs of these customers, the technical specifications of the products to be sold and we determined the capacity needed to do so.
