| Summary: | In offshore drilling process, it is necessary have systems to ensure the information flow, because the logistical failures resulting from miscommunication can increase costs and time in operation. The objective of this research is to design a system of information management for logistical support of offshore drilling to facilitate optimal supply and timely requirements of sea platforms located inside. The construction of the system was based on the identification of causes of failures of communication, through the review of secondary sources, which were subsequently validated using the Delphi method. |
