| Summary: | The present article’s main objective is to offer an implementation framework of the first two stages of the Colombian Decree Law 1072 of 2015 to Club Piccoli Bambini Kindergarten in the middle of the situation caused by the SARS-COV-2 (COVID-19) virus. This is based on different statutes provided by the national legislation in terms of Occupational Health and Safety, taking as main models Colombian Law 1562 of 2012 and Guía Técnica Colombiana 45 (GTC 45). The framework is complemented by tools that allowed to define an Occupational Health and Safety initial evaluation, and thus various solutions were offered to improve the OHS management inside the institution. Alongside, a biosafety protocol is provided to reduce the negative impact of COVID-19 and other biological risks that most commonly affect workers and teachers’ integrity, which makes difficult to guarantee the children’s proper development. |
