| Summary: | The locality of the Martires has a great variety of economic, social and functional problems. For this reason, a Partial Plan proposal is proposed, seeking to improve the conditions of the sector at a residential, commercial and institutional level, complementing it with new uses to detonate it as a reference point for the city. After an analysis of the different dynamics of the sector both at regional and national level, the institutional vocation is identified as the main use of the place as a consequence of the most relevant problems of the sector and the city. |
