Summary:The objective of this monograph is to develop a strategic guide to promote teleworking in small construction companies in Colombia. This is justified by the need to generate a competitive advantage in a context of loss of business and reduction in income due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this is because teleworking provides flexibility, requires creativity oriented towards organizational innovation and is based on in the use of information and communication technologies (ICT).
