| Summary: | The purpose of this urban and architectonical Project is to promote and design the educational coverage for the municipality of Girón, Santander in order to continue this service through the construction and boost on tertiary education institutions that capacity the inhabitants in multiple occupations with innovations in human capital. To achieve this, the Project investigates and analyses the social, economic, geographic, and cultural context of the municipality in order to suggest solutions with urban development unit proposals. These recommendations contain an educational facility, innovate for the region that allows the training of high quality service, decentralizing the provision of educational service. |
