The project aims to integrate the central savanna in search of the potentiation of the economy, culture, technology and other variables that support territorial development through the eco acupuncture master plan dynamics of the central savanna where infrastructure strategies are proposed for all levels (road, uses, environment, social). taking into account the vocations of the territory, urban acupuncture is applied where the specific project in sopo begins, Briceño expanding capabilities of this territory at the agricultural, agroindustrial, agribusiness and tourist level For this, an urban development consisting of uses is carried out where proposes a special convention center focused on the integration of sectors 3 of agriculture previously named in search of new cultures and agribusiness business forms.
