| Summary: | A literature review is done around the territorial competitiviness with the purpose to disclose its epistemological fundamentals. From there, an alternative approach to competence on territory is suggested as unicity, shaped by cooperation forces which has a social function not just as an economic one. The analysis responds to the creation of an urban and regional observatory at the Fundación Universidad de América, which allows to generate empirical evidences, theories and public policies related to territorial competitiveness. |
