Summary:The present work intends to analyze the functionality of a mobile application as a marketing tool; with the objective of increasing the sales of a hostel in Bogotá, based on concepts such as content marketing and relationship marketing, that is, based on offering people information of interest to form close links between the brand and the client. The above using the great development that technology has had in recent years so that the concept of Digital Marketing is also used.
