This project contemplates the generation of spaces dedicated to this artistic field, nevertheless it has been fundamental to generate an optimum equipment. To this end, a "National Workshop on Plastic and Audiovisual Arts" has been proposed as a plan for the strengthening of the public network of artistic training. In this way, new formative educational spaces will be potentiated and generated and the use of the sector and its attention, both spatially and socially, will be encouraged through the installation of housing.El proyecto “Renacimiento cultural de la Calle 26” es un proyecto que recoge las necesidades artísticas que el lugar tiene y que por sus calidades tanto espaciales como sociales, son fuente de estudio, innovación e intervención. Este proyecto contempla la generación de espacios dedicados a este ámbito artístico, sin embargo ha sido fundamental generar un equipamiento óptimo. Para ello se ha planteado un “Taller nacional de artes plásticas y audiovisuales” como plan para el fortalecimiento de la red pública de formación artística.
