Implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad basado en la norma NTC ISO 9001:2015 para la empresa Inversiones Creamoda S.A.S

For the execution and development of the undergraduate work, the aim is to implement the Quality Management System in the company Inversiones Creamoda S.A.S., based on the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management Systems standard. Requirements The company did not have a QMS for this reason. In the first instance, a diagnosis was carried out to determine the degree of compliance with which it was facing the requirements of the standard, with the results obtained, the activities for the development of the implementation. Inversiones Creamoda S.A.S., did not have a defined strategic planning, for which it was structured according to the needs and the current market, sensitizations and training were carried out with the staff, in order to train against the importance and concepts of implementation.
