Unidad cultural para la inclusión de victimas en Villavicencio Meta.

For the proposal of the project, it begins with an investigation that determines, the emphasis to be developed is patrimonial, variables are analyzed where different problems are evidenced, such as unemployment, the migration of people to the city after the dispossession of their lands, the environment environment and the neglect of culture in the region. The use of the project and the use of different strategies are defined from the analysis of the referents. The project will be located north of the city of Villavicencio, in commune 3 more precisely in the Brisas del Guatiquia neighborhood, where problems such as the implantation of displaced people are evident, forming an invasion zone and a very insecure place. According to the Villavicencio POT Territorial Ordering Plan (2020), the place of intervention is consolidated as an urban renewal area.
