Summary: | The objective of this work is the modeling of the reactions of conversion of tars generated in the gasification of coffee husk in a secondary reactor of fixed bed and indirect heating. To carry out this objective in the first place, experimental data were sought for the conditions of entry in the process and in this way to distinguish the concentration of tars in the synthesis gas coming from the gasification, three types of primary tar (Benzene) were identified. , secondary (Toluene) and tertiary (Naphthalene). The input concentration was determined through the study of gasification technologies which are downdraft, updraft and fluidized bed, the range in which the concentration was handled was (1-50) g / Nm3. For the tar reduction catalytic cracking processes were studied with catalysts such as biomass charing, dolomite and thermal cracking in order to increase the secondary reactions in the generated volatile phase |
