Summary:Companies today implement Integrated Management Systems as a set of elements of an organization that are interrelated or interact to establish policies, goals and processes within organizations. Likewise, the technical specifications contained in these systems are the result of experience and technological development. Now, in the logistics sector of the industrial sector, these systems have brought improvements that are evident in quality management, safety management, risk management and environmental management, therefore logistics management is deals with integrated information flow and management tools, material handling, packaging, inventory, transportation, storage and security. Methodologically, a qualitative approach was implemented along with a descriptive scope. On the other hand, the type of research is a documentary review that will contribute to the search for texts, documents and books related to the subject. Within the results, the relationship between the factors of the integrated management systems that impact the logistics processes is determined. In addition to analyzing successful and unsuccessful cases of companies in the industrial sector in Bogotá that use Integrated Management Systems to identify the factors that are applicable to logistics processes.
