| Summary: | Initially, the project focused on the production of an organic fertilizer, where the physicochemical and microbiological characterization of the waste used as raw material is carried out, being used to minimize the environmental impact. The main objective is to obtain a compost that starts from the 540 kg of sludge generated in water treatment, waste from ice cream production and other waste from surrounding areas, all obtained monthly at the ODA GELATO company.In these characterizations, different parameters are taken into account that are compared within the regulations that classify the waste suitable for reuse, then it goes through a selection process where it is evaluated and chooses to produce the compost in a horizontal reactor with aeration. |
