Through the analysis carried out, the department of Calamar Guaviare is taken for the development of the partial plan, which is mainly based on the protection and restoration of the environment, linking natural spaces such as agroforestry zones, forested protection zones and the connectivity of the Unilla river and its tributaries.A partir de un análisis de la región Orinoquia y Amazonia se encuentran distintas problemáticas, ambientales, sociales y económicas en el departamento del Guaviare, de esta forma se propone una intervención a nivel de plan maestro en el cual se pretende apoyar y fortalecer los cuatro departamentos los cuales son: San José del Guaviare, El Retorno, Calamar y Miraflores, desarrollándose por medio de distintas operaciones estratégicas, las cuales están basadas en la restitución, la protección, la conectividad y el desarrollo económico.
