Summary: | In this project is built a spray pyrolysis system controlled by software developed in the graphic programming environment LabVIEW, to obtain Thin films of transparent conductive materials or TCO (transparent conductive oxide), which are widely used mainly in the development of solar cells and smart screens. In the TCOs, tin oxide films are particularly obtained doped with fluorine from the developed system, performing preliminary tests of obtaining, adjusting variables of great importance such as temperature, speed of movement in the spray and flow; because the requirements of this type of materials are more rigorous with the technological advance, it is available of control and monitoring from software, in order that the materials obtained are functional and that meet specific characteristics such as presenting high conductivity, homogeneity and high transparency. |
