| Summary: | In the present project the design of a mixing machine, automatic, of raw materials for the company Químicos Zorel, was carried out. of the elaboration and commercialization of products such as liquid soaps, softeners and industrial degreasers. Based on the current mixing systems, the design methodology was defined, several alternatives were proposed which fulfilled the requirements and then the selection of the design that most matches the expected result was made. When selecting the alternative, we proceeded to the detailed design of each of the pieces that make up the machine, as well as calculations of forces, dimensions, adjustment, tolerances and an analysis of the possible materials that can be used for manufacturing and development. of the mixer.
