Summary: | The Indigenous Embera Katio Gitó Gitó Dokabú is located in the municipality of Village Rico, which is part of the department of Risaralda in Colombia. It is currently one of the most vulnerable communities within the national territory. Its degree of vulnerability is so high that they do not have access to drinking water, which is why in this research project a theoretical development of a drinking water treatment system (STAP) is made to solve the water need for the shelter. In order to carry out the SPA, first, a physicochemical analysis of the main water source that serves as supply for the community is made. Taking this physicochemical analysis as a starting point, at a second moment, the processes and units that will be allowed to obtain a quality of drinking and safe water for human consumption. To determine these processes and units, selection matrices are developed, which allow to find quantitatively the best alternative for each Proc unit that. Once the selection matrices are developed, the dimensionments and calculations of services necessary for the operation of each treatment unit are begun, for which, after clarifying the design and dimensions of the equipment, it is nuntuated with the evaluation of equipment and service costs |
