| Summary: | The objective of this research work was to carry out the state of the art on the application of statistical process control in service companies. The above in order to identify, mainly, what has been the documentary production with respect to the subject, the way in which the subject has been treated by different authors, and how they have exposed it in their respective documents. The first activity was the documentary search, after defining the historical period for the corresponding search, in different databases: Redalyc, Scielo, Ebsco, Ebrary, Proquest, and Virtualpro. |
