| Summary: | This monograph has documented the entire process involving the design of the reorganization plan and improvement of resource management for the company DISMET S.A.S, the implementation of the project will not be taken into account for this work. The critical success factors in companies in the metalworking sector will be investigated, as well as a comparison between the software to be used for this reorganization of business resources, "ERP Priority", and other existing ERPs in the market, such as SAP. The incidence that the digital transformation of a company from an ERP software will have will be described as well as the impact of the Priority software will be evaluated inside Dismet S.A.S, at a macro level as well as at a micro processes level. |
