Summary:This document aims to design a strategy for a fruit collection and marketing center in the municipality of San Sebastián de Mariquita, which benefits small and medium producers, executing the storage, processing and distribution processes of their products, in addition to improving their profit margin, profitability on sales and stimulate this productive sector. Encourage associativity models for small and medium-sized fruit producers, their transport logistics in the production chain, strategic alliances with wholesalers, department stores and fruver. The foregoing in order to add value and make the most of the harvests and reach additional markets for fresh produce.
