Area rich in landscapes, mountains and soils conducive to the reception of plants and animals typical of any region. Thus, solutions are proposed for the recovery of restricted environmental zones, giving access to most of the population to appreciate them in a controlled manner, with the ecosystem being the objective to be recovered. Analyzing the municipality, solutions are proposed to the main problems encountered, socially, socially and mainly environmentally. Respecting also, already established by this municipal head. The architectural design of the project, responds to the technological needs of today, giving solution to the topographic and spatial conditions existing in the place. Proposing a sustainable design and open to urban planning that will provide urban connection with users.Partiendo de un plan parcial, diseñado a nivel ciudad-región, se incorpora como tema principal del trabajo de grado una unidad de protección y recuperación medioambiental para la región oriente, ubicada exactamente en el municipio de Cáqueza. Zona rica en paisajes, montañas y suelos propicios para el recibimiento de plantas y animales propios de toda región. Así, se proponen soluciones para la recuperación de las zonas medioambientales restringidas, dándole acceso a la mayor parte de la población para apreciarlas de manera controlada, siendo el ecosistema el objetivo a recuperar. Analizando el municipio se proponen soluciones a los principales problemas encontrados, a nivel social, social y principalmente ambiental. Respetando además, lo ya establecido por esta cabecera municipal. El diseño arquitectónico del proyecto, responde a las necesidades tecnológicas de la actualidad, dándole solución a las condiciones topográficas y espaciales existentes en el lugar.
