| Summary: | Based on a partial plan, designed at the city-region level, a protection and environmental recovery unit for the eastern region, located exactly in the municipality of Cáqueza, is included as the main theme of the degree work. Area rich in landscapes, mountains and soils conducive to the reception of plants and animals typical of any region. Thus, solutions are proposed for the recovery of restricted environmental zones, giving access to most of the population to appreciate them in a controlled manner, with the ecosystem being the objective to be recovered. Analyzing the municipality, solutions are proposed to the main problems encountered, socially, socially and mainly environmentally. Respecting also, already established by this municipal head. The architectural design of the project, responds to the technological needs of today, giving solution to the topographic and spatial conditions existing in the place. Proposing a sustainable design and open to urban planning that will provide urban connection with users. |
