| Summary: | At present, the lack of a proper mobility infrastructure and road equipment doesn't allow an optimum development to be generated for the socio-economic growth of the region. Therefore, in the specific case there are three complementary elements that are: the environmental, logistic-commercial and agro-tourist, necessary to achieve a better regional competitiveness and large-scale progress of the country through its structuring systems, which will solve the interregional connectivity, the reduction in travel times and reduce the impact on carbon dioxide emissions in the environment, improving the quality of life of people. |
