Summary: | This paper analyzes the management of projects of a company whose corporate purpose is the implementation of enterprise information systems ERP type in different organizations in Colombia and how the increase in the number of projects and resources to manage has impacted their productivity and profitability, forcing review your project management and control process to apply modern methodologies and in use by other similar companies in the world. Given that there are different project management methodologies for technology companies and software development, the PMI, SCRUM and PRINCE2 methodologies were analyzed to compare their scope and find the one that best applies to the current and future needs of the company. |
