Summary: | The proposal for the implementation of a Strategic Marketing Plan has the purpose of identifying the shortcomings and creating improvement strategies for the Héctor Reyes Mine Arenera la Mana company. Likewise, three objectives are established, the first is the diagnosis of the micro environment and the macro environment of the company, the detailed description of the administrative and financial processes that are executed in the company; The second objective is the investigation of possible market niches where it is possible to expand the commercialization of rock sand; and, the third and last objective is the detailed evaluation of the financial situation and approach to the strategy based on the research carried out in the first two objectives, so that all the factors that affect the situation of the company and its See all parties involved in the business.
