Summary: | The development and advance of different polymers over time generate the production of one most consumed products by most of the people everyday, this products are the plastics. At the end its life cycle, many times isn't given a proper final disposition. It converts the plastic in one of the principal pollutant materials in the planet, affecting the environment and the people health. It is due to its degredation process that takes aproximately 500 years and most of the times this plastics are used just one time by people. The polypropylene is one of the different varieties of plastics consumed massively around the world, it is a very resistant material to degradation and need lots of years for it, and one of the forms to decrease its grow up as residue in the dump and oceans, is the reuse. In the company Fagodi they use this material for produce plastic hooks, for this reason will be performed the design of a logistic reverse methodology for plastics caps inside the company, defining one by one the elements and variables that will be part the methodology and in this way search the reuse for this polymer. |
