Summary:The purpose of this project is to prepare a feasibility study for the creation of a restaurant specializing in buffalo meat and retail sales in the city of Bogotá, D.C., specifically in Usaquén. The study is born from the need to look for red meat that is rich in minerals, proteins and that contributes to the health and well-being of people; since meat is so important for Colombians, it is expected to offer buffalo meat on a day-to-day basis; in the capital of the country we find many alternatives to go out to eat with family but none offers a space for their canine friends so the restaurant seeks to provide a place for them so that the whole family has a place to go as a family, through a diagnosis to know the sector and subsector, a study of markets where it was possible to find the ideal client, with the technical study contemplated the required personnel as well as the step by step of each of the dishes, and with the legal and administrative study contemplate the rules and the respective payroll and finally the financial study to determine the viability of the project.
