| Summary: | In order to answer the request of the manager of the company Campos y Canchas SAS, which consisted of developing a plan for the implementation of ISO 9001: 2015 in the company, the present project was developed, divided into three important phases. The first one, which helps to see the context of the company, its processes, risks and opportunities, developing a strategic SWOT matrix that allows writing necessary actions, to take advantage of the positive aspects and mitigate the negative ones, by combining each aspect. The second, allow observing the level of compliance of ISO 9001: 2015 within the company, when starting the project, achieving evidence what is needed to meet the requirements. Being the final face, the development of an implementation plan, based on the results obtained in the previous phases, allowing the drafting of clear and specific actions to be developed, and thus achieving the request of the company manager. |
