| Summary: | An external diagnosis was made to establish the state of the company in the sector of the steel industry in the market and an internal diagnosis to find the difficulties and virtues in both the productive and administrative processes. In the technical study the technical data of the products of the Tubes of 1 ½ and of the Profiles were obtained obtaining the production times for development of the process, the methods of application, the production capacities, where the improvements and The corrections necessary for the evolution and performance of the company in its products; In the same way, industrial safety was established. In the administrative study the strategic planning of the company was realized, the manuals of functions were elaborated and the salary study was developed.
