| Summary: | This work describes a methodology for the implementation of the NTC standard 6001:2017, in the organization Prosolgas S.A.S., which covers the requirements and processes of a quality management system for My SMEs (micro, small and medium-sized enterprises). norm iconTEC with the aim of directing different My SMEs to greater durability and efficiency in your processes. The methodology of this work consists of initial way of a documentary review of compliance with the requirements of the standard, review that is carried out through a self-crafted checklist that allows diagnose the level of compliance and identify actions to take to improve in all sections of which the standard is composed (strategic planning, support and operation, monitoring and measurement and continuous improvement). |
