| Summary: | The purpose of this project is to reduce costs in manual sprayer components, since the materials for the manufacture of said product have had a significant increase in 2021 in a range of 20% to 70% according to the document "The price of some plastic raw materials has increased up to 98% this year.” Measures have been taken such as increasing the value of the final product, thinking of the customer and not continuing to increase its price. In each piece of the product it is required to make a reduction of raw material and in turn costs, in this specific document we will focus on the pumping lever, through different design alternatives that its mechanical properties and ergonomics must be maintained or improved, analysis is used of finite elements for the analysis of results between the current lever and the prototype. |
