| Summary: | Psychosocial Risk and its management within work environments has gained strength in recent years due to the presence of stress-related illnesses, such as: anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment disorders, reactions to severe stress, secondary arterial hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, ulcers, among others. This work seeks to establish strategies for Psycho-occupational Risk Management for the prevention and management of stress in workers who work in the company Servicios Integrales en Seguridad y Salud SAS, for which the history of stress in Colombia and how it interferes in people at work level. Likewise, the symptomatology that stress presents or triggers in workers, its proper management and the impact on their health conditions were investigated. |
